Welcome to the Undernet User Committee's #Class website

The #Class project, one of several projects which operate under the User Committee, was founded to help users and provide answers on a number of different IRC and Undernet related subjects.

Our staff of trained Tutors are here to assist you with any IRC related questions you might have. To get on the Undernet, load your IRC chat client and type: /server us.undernet.org if you're in the United States - and /server eu.undernet.org - if you're in Europe.

Undernet is a large and exciting place, with many channels to choose from, and thousands of people to meet! Please attend our Netiquette class to learn how to ask for help, our Beginner and More Advanced users classes, our Security class and more.

Classes are available in many languages, see the list to your Left or watch for announcements in English or your language. Tutors can assist you or translate in Romanian, French, Spanish, Macedonian and other languages...from Azerbajani to Urdu.

Lessons are run on Friday at 00:30 GMT, and Sunday at 16:30 GMT. Saturday, LIVE Q/A at 19:00 GMT (Bring your questions and comments!). It may LOOK like you are the only one in #Class, but in reality there will be many other users there with you. The channel will be moded to protect you and the helpers and moderated to allow you to see the script. Please message your Tutor or /msg #class_room your questions, as you are instructed.
